Planning & Design
The first step in this phase is to perform a site inspection to evaluate available space, need for grading, elevation issues, and construction access.

Once we have had a chance to evaluate the site of your new pool you will meet with our Design Expert to begin the process of designing your new pool. We will address aspects such as pool construction material, shape & size, colors, interior surface, lighting, decking, water features, possible inclusion of a spa or hot tub, and even the landscaping around your pool. To get started with the design process click here to fill out our Request a Quote form today!

Engineering Process
Once we have designed your pool we move on to developing the engineering plans that our crew will use to build your new pool. We will create detailed, scaled plans of your pool and the site it will be located on. Every aspect of the construction is captured to ensure all your needs. We will also meet all state and health department requirements.

The final stage of the engineering process is to review all plot plans and obtaining necessary construction permits.

Layout
Once the engineering plans have been completed we will visit your site and paint a full scale outline of your pool on your lot to make sure that the layout of the pool fits the location and gives you the first opportunity to see your new pool. The outline also serves as a guide for the excavation process.

Excavation
The first stage of the actual construction phase is excavation. This is where we bring in our machinery to create the space in which your pool will be built.

Plumbing
When the excavation has been completed we will start laying all of the pipes and hydraulic equipment in and around your pool. This is a very important step in the construction process and our engineering team will ensure that the proper equipment is used to meet the needs of your pool for long term enjoyment.

Steel
Now that the plumbing has been installed we will build the steel "skeleton" of your pool which along with the gunite which will be poured will create a strong, secure, long lasting shell. In this step you will actually start to see the actual shape and form of the pool start to show.

Gunite
Once the steel is in place our crew will begin to apply the Gunite (concrete) material which has a lifetime warranty. Our skilled crew will finish forming and smoothing out the shape of your pool for the steel skeleton.

Decking
The next step in the construction phase is to put a deck around your pool. We will design and build a deck which will be attractive and durable. There are several different types of decking material which we can use such as concrete, flagstone, brick, tile, and more.

Plaster Application
The final stage of construction is to apply the plaster finish to the exterior of the gunite. Pool interiors have come a long way, there are many colors and textures for you to choose from. The plaster finish will help you to enjoy your pool for years to come.
